Weekends in the Word
Weekends in the Word were the foundation for the beginnings of Church in the Boro. Starting in September 2007 and extending through July of 2008, Rob and his family would travel down from Athens, GA to help build the foundation through a series of workshops on Saturdays followed by a corresponding message on Sunday morning. These were intensive times of teaching on various subjects theological and practical with a wide range of topics. Since that time we have hosted other Weekends in the Word to deal with additional issues relating to the foundation of the church planting efforts.
We are currently in the process of digitally reprocessing and archiving the original series during that time period. However the other Weekends in the Word workshops held since the official start of Church in the Boro are offered on the menu to the left.
