Volunteers are placed in reverse alphabetical order and are encouraged to serve when they are scheduled. Materials are developed and prepared and forwarded to volunteers one week before service date. Swapping service dates is discouraged for this reason. Otherwise, only when absolutely necessary, please contact someone else on the service list if you need to swap service dates, and then be sure to contact Kristan Fretwell via email or phone to communicate the schedule change.
